Product Overview
This stainless steel screw conveyor is designed as a fully sealed system for integration with sludge dewatering equipment, efficiently transporting dewatered sludge to collection points while maintaining a clean and environmentally controlled operation. The system primarily consists of a U-shaped trough, feed hopper, cover plate, spiral assembly, wear-resistant lining, and drive mechanism.
Working Principle
Materials are conveyed through a fixed casing via a rotating spiral screw. The head and tail bearings are mounted externally for easy maintenance, while the suspended sliding bearings feature dust-proof sealing devices. The bearing bush utilizes powder metallurgy technology, with felt bushings specifically employed for cement transportation. The suspended shaft and spiral shaft are connected via a sliding block mechanism to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
